ABOUT I DR MICHAEL MYBURGH

Dr Michael Myburgh is an Adult Rheumatologist and Specialist Physician with a strong academic background. After qualifying as a specialist physician in 2017, he furthered his expertise by completing a subspecialisation in Rheumatology at the University of Pretoria in 2022. He has shared his knowledge and experience as a consultant and lecturer at Kalafong Provincial Tertiary Hospital and Steve Biko Academic Hospital.

He enjoys the entire spectrum of rheumatological conditions but has a special interest in inflammatory myopathies, having published several articles in this field.

Dr Myburgh is not just a dedicated professional but also a family man who values spending time outdoors.
